About Sea to Mountain Massage
April has been a massage therapist for the past 22 years and is very passionate about helping people heal from within to properly maintain the body. Specialising in Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Relaxation & Wellbeing Massage, Indian Head Massage, Myofascial Cupping Therapy, and Medical Acupuncture (Dry Needling).
She likes to incorporate relaxation massage with Myofascial release, deep tissue work, and trigger point therapy. Combining these different techniques makes for a relaxing, yet effective massage in relieving tight muscles from everyday and sports related injuries. Her approach is very holistic and customises her massages to your individual needs, and has a very caring, professional presence.
Each Massage is tailor made to suit your needs!
Having recently move from the French Alps where she set up Tignes Massage. She is a passionate skier and snowboarder having attained her BASI level 1 snowboarding qualification. Having worked with BASI Level 4 instructors and trainers across the French Alps and professional athletes.

Your therapist will come to your home with treatment table, oil, and towels..... all you need to do is relax. Space need is 3 meter by 2 meter.
